Get started with Infolitico
How to read Infolitico: the daily rhythm, article structure, and what the site is — and is not.
Infolitico is free to browse: you can read published stories without creating an account, and there is no paywall. The separate Feed discussion requires reader sign-in to read or join a conversation.
The daily rhythm
- Open infolitico.com — the day's stories are listed with their headlines.
- Read the news first. Each article leads with one or two factual paragraphs of straight reporting on a real current event.
- Read the reflection. The spiritual layer connects the event to faith; a curated Bible verse appears when the selector recommends one.
- Share it. The site is written for a reader who would pass a story to a friend in a church group chat or text it to a parent.
What an article contains

The editorial target is 300–500 words — about a two-minute read.
What Infolitico is not
- Not political commentary. The site never uses party names, candidate endorsements, or left/right framing. Its sensibility is values-based: family, personal responsibility, stewardship, gratitude, character, community, and faith in God's plan.
- Not a theology journal or a prosperity-gospel platform. The reflection is a warm, conversational devotional — not a sermon, a lecture, or a prophecy hotline.
- Not satire or parody. Every story reports a real event that actually happened.

The default source implements an automated daily-news lane. A separate owner-gated hand-authored Inspirational Thought publishing script exists; repository code does not establish which lane is currently running in production.
